What is Bill Assure?

Bill Assure is a utility protection program that protects your utility account during difficult times when you cannot pay your bill.

Why should you consider Bill Assure?

Life is unpredictable. If you are suddenly unable to work, having Bill Assure assist in making your utility payment can be a big help at a very stressful time.

Who is eligible?

As a customer of our partnered Utility, you automatically qualify for Bill Assure. Eligibility begins after 90 days from the effective first invoice date or once the third invoice for the desired utility has been paid and continues for a coverage period coinciding with the term of your utility agreement.

Involuntary Unemployment
Disability
Family Leave Of Absence
Loss Of Life
Hospitalization

How do I find out if I am eligible for benefits?

  • Disabled from critical daily activities for at least 30 consecutive days
